Carefully place the items in their original Fedeli box and secure them inside the shipping carton, ensuring the pre-paid return label is clearly visible on the outside.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home collection through our returns portal.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
